Direct primary care at Healthy by Hillary offers benefits far beyond affordable, cost effective healthcare. Option A

Monthly membership includes unlimited in-person or telehealth visits, direct communication (text, phone, video chat) via HIPAA-secure app, all follow up visits, in-office procedures such as placing and removing stitches, and any in-office testing (flu/strep/RSV/COVID tests, urinalysis, and pregnancy tests).

Option B

Option B offers all the same services as Option A but the monthly membership fee is lower and there is a per-visit fee. For the per-visit fee, I provide a receipt that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. Option B includes all of the same services as Option A. The only difference is a fee for each new visit.

Referrals are made for outside lab testing, imaging, vaccines, specialists such as cardiologists, neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, gastroenterologists, etc. and actively collaborate with consultants and coordinate care to make sure the entire healthcare team is working together.
